Vandoit is a division of Kline Van & Specialty Rental, a family-owned American business that began in 1947. Commercial fleets, van upfitting, van rentals, and leasing have been core parts of our company for many years. First Responder Mission Support Vehicle
- First responder vans built for police, fire, military, medical, government, disaster response, search and rescue, mobile media center, mobile forensics, surveillance, transportation, SWAT Team, CIRT (Critical Incident Response Team), Tactical Dispatch, and Fire Respite.
- The power system charges 3 ways. A generator can be used for a 4th method of charging.
- This van is equipped with a desk set-up with a radio, and has enough power to run multiple computers and monitors. It also has Vandoit drawer storage modules to maximize storage capabilities for items such as drones, cameras, and EMS equipment.
- Storage options such as MOLLE panels and hanging cabinets create endless secure possibilities for all mission equipment.
Disaster Relief Support Vehicle
- This mobile communications vehicle accommodates three separate radio setups and can hook up with cell phone services and the internet. Manage virtually every type of national and international communication, including VHF, UHF, digital, and even Morse code.
- Storage modules can be rearranged or removed altogether depending on each deployment’s needs.
- Six radio antennas located on top of the vehicle raise and lower with the push of a button, which offers safety and convenience. It eliminates the need to stop the van, get out, climb a ladder and physically unbolt the antennas before each use.
- Redundancy: Charging the battery system from three reliable sources–shore power, solar, and charging from the alternator while driving–eliminate the need for a generator.
